Black & Brown Dental is an expanding independent dental group, with three practices in Oakley, Stirling, and Dunfermline. We are committed to delivering high-quality NHS and private dentistry in a professional, friendly environment. We are now looking for a hands-on, highly organised Operations Manager to join our leadership team and support the smooth running of our practices. This is a new role created to help us scale, improve systems, and support our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day operations across all sites, ensuring compliance with NHS and GDC standards.
* Lead and support head nurses, nursing staff, and reception staff.
* Drive staff performance, recruitment, and training, building a strong and motivated team culture
* Ensure consistently high standards of patient care and experience
* Support directors with strategic projects and process improvements
About You:
* Previous management experience in dental practice required.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and hold people accountable
* Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail
* Confident in handling HR, compliance, and operational challenges
* A problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, growing business
