You will work closely with teams across the Next Home department, including Design, Buying, Merchandising, and Product Tech, to identify pain points and improve daily workflows. Your focus will be on researching and recommending AI tools that cut down admin tasks and boost efficiency across all functions. You’ll develop smart strategies and deliver innovative solutions that make a real difference to our teams.
