Are you a qualified Early Years practitioner looking for a fresh start or more flexibility in your working week?
We’re working with a number of nurseries across Blackpool who are looking for Level 3 Nursery Assistants to join their teams. Whether you’re looking for consistent hours or a mix of settings to build experience, we’ll help you find the right fit.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Supporting children’s learning through play and structured activities
* Helping with daily routines, snack times, and outdoor play
* Encouraging emotional, social and physical development
* Assisting with observations and progress tracking
* Working closely with room leaders and other staff to deliver the EYFS
What We’re Looking For:
* A Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years
* Experience in a nursery or childcare setting (paid or voluntary)
* A warm, patient and hands-on approach
* Confidence working within the EYFS and safeguarding guidelines
* Someone who genuinely enjoys working with young children

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
