The Role We’re seeking a Paid Media Executive to join our growing performance team. This is a hands-on role with full ownership of campaign setup and execution across PPC (Google Ads, Bing) and Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, etc.). You’ll be key to driving growth through intelligent media buying, performance optimisation, and sharp creative feedback. Agency experience is a big plus—we move fast and value people who know how to manage campaigns end-to-end without endless hand-holding. You’ll be working closely with our Head of Performance and Creative teams to test, scale, and help refine our paid strategy. Responsibilities Assist in the creation, management and reporting of Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns for Castore and our partner sites, with the support of the Paid Media Manager and Senior Paid Media Manager. Analyse and interpret campaign data to create reports on campaign results for senior management and partners. Monitoring daily performance, identifying trends, and acting quickly to improve results. Working cross-functionally with Creative and design teams to brief ad assets and iterate based on performance. Conduct keyword research, including traffic volume and costs, to identify potential keyword opportunities. Collaborate with marketing and trade teams to ensure all campaigns are implemented and in line with business strategy. Review competitor activity, industry trends and find innovative ways to market our products. Skills & Experience Ideally experience in Paid Media (agency or in-house) or a recent graduate in Marketing with a keen interest to learn and develop in the Paid Media space. Understanding of performance marketing metrics and attribution Proven track record managing significant ad budgets and driving ROAS Analytical skills—you know your way around Excel/Sheets and maybe even Looker/GA4. Proactive mindset with a test-learn-iterate approach Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
