We're looking for a dynamic Transformation Manager to join our team. This is a broad and dynamic role with significant influence over the strategic direction of the company. The role is responsible for enhancing understanding, decision-making, and execution across all key areas of the business and operations.
As the company undergoes rapid growth and expansion, this high impact role will play a key part in supporting and leading transformation initiatives as part of a unit focused on Change and Transformation for the business. These include driving the adoption of new or emerging mission‑critical processes and providing actionable insights through detailed analysis to identify opportunities for growth, automation, and operational efficiencies.
As a Transformation Manager you will work on cutting‑edge technology with a range of leaders within the business. The role is expected to grow, offering opportunities to develop into key managerial positions within Operations, AI Product, or Technology domains. You will support the Transformation Director and collaborate with senior leadership, including executives, to analyze existing processes and identify opportunities to drive efficiency through enhanced output or automation.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage end‑to‑end tech & AI‑driven transformation projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring of progress.
* Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimise business processes while evaluating potential return on investment.
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive change and ensure successful implementation of transformation initiatives.
* Conduct detailed analysis of business operations, identify gaps, and propose innovative solutions, including areas where automation and application of AI will drive a step change in workflow and impact.
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategy, change, or transformation initiatives, making adjustments as necessary.
* Analytics, reporting and instrumenting the business: develop analysis, dashboards and KPIs to help manage the business effectively, identify key metrics, and build confidence in data‑driven decisions by managers and leaders.
* Operational analysis: understand workforce operational processes, identify optimisation opportunities, and assess profitability across different geographies, channels, or propositions to drive operational efficiencies and improvements.
Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
* 3‑5+ years of professional experience, ideally within a professional services environment (e.g., management consulting, investment banking, or an accounting firm).
* Ambitious and motivated to design and lead change; dedicated to building a trusted service business.
* High potential with the aspiration and capability to grow into future leadership roles within the business.
* Highly numerate, naturally inquisitive, and deeply analytical, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, concise, and actionable insights.
* Strong ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, processes, and business areas, driven by genuine curiosity and a desire to understand how things work.
* Ability to see the bigger picture and derive strategic insights from detailed numerical analysis.
* Self‑driven and resilient, comfortable operating in ambiguous or evolving environments with multiple competing priorities.
Technical Skills
* Recent experience using some of the following tools and languages:
o Data Visualization Tools: Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, or Looker.
o Data Transformation & Querying Languages: SQL, M Code, DAX, or similar.
o Automation Languages: Python, Java, C#, R, or similar.
o Automation Tools: Power Automate, UiPath, Blue Prism, Alteryx, or Zapier.
o Scripting for Workflow Automation: VBA, Shell Scripting, or JavaScript.
Hybrid / Home Office Option
* Minimum of 2 days per week in the office; a secure home office is required.
* Home office must be free from background noise or other distractions.
