Senior Executive Assistant (Technology Sector) – £96,000 | Permanent | Hybrid (Langley)
Minimum 2 days a week onsite (some weeks may vary)
A leading global technology organisation is seeking a highly capable Senior Executive Assistant to support their Strategic Business Process function and provide high‑level support to the CEO. This is a pivotal and visible role requiring exceptional organisational capability, strong programme governance skills, and the maturity to build structure in an evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & CEO Support
Provide high‑level support to the CEO including calendar management, travel planning, expenses, briefing materials, and corporate event coordination.
Act as a trusted point of contact, ensuring smooth communication, preparation, and prioritisation.
Support the CEO flexibly during peak periods and organisational events.
Leadership & Governance Support
Work closely with the Strategic Business Process Lead (Angela) on business process, governance rhythms, and executive operations.
Lead end‑to‑end organisation of leadership meetings, business reviews, and governance sessions.
Prepare, maintain, and track agendas, actions, materials, and decision documentation.
Programme & Process Management
Lead and contribute to programme and operational initiatives across the function.
Support governance execution including controls, compliance, reporting, and monitoring.
Establish a standardised executive support model to ensure consistency and alignment across teams.
Operational Excellence
Drive improvements in meeting structure, content flow, templates, reporting, and communication standards.
Partner with business administration teams to ensure a consistent, professional, and effective approach.
Support special projects, process enhancements, and corporate activities as required.
About You
You will bring:
7+ years' EA experience, including 3+ years supporting a CEO or equivalent C‑suite executive
Proven experience in the technology sector (essential); travel industry exposure (desirable)
Hands‑on experience leading or driving projects/programmes
Strong understanding of governance, controls, compliance, and operational rhythms
Exceptional organisation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work under pressure, handle ambiguity, and bring structure into a maturing environment
Professionalism, sound judgement, and the ability to manage sensitive/confidential information
