Salary: £75,000 - 75,000 per year Requirements: We need strong experience as a Solutions Architect delivering scalable, enterprise-grade solutions. We need experience creating transitional roadmaps from current state to future state. We need cloud-first architecture experience with AWS or Azure. We need expertise in APIs, integration patterns, and event-driven architectures. We need knowledge of DevOps tooling and modern delivery practices. We need experience with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, ArchiMate, UML, and BPMN. We need awareness of data governance, security, and compliance. We need a solid understanding of Agile and SDLC best practices. We need strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex ideas clearly. We need confidence working in cross-functional, collaborative environments. We need a passion for continuous improvement and innovation. Responsibilities: We create and own solution designs, roadmaps, and architecture artefacts. We partner with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to deliver aligned, high-impact solutions. We act as a trusted advisor on platform capabilities and technical feasibility. We champion continuous improvement, innovation, and best practice. We identify opportunities to reduce risk, increase value, and accelerate delivery. We drive modern integration approaches, including API-first, event-driven, and cloud-native solutions. We help shape our current state to future state transformation journey. We stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies. We simplify complexity and promote modular, reusable architecture. We translate business strategy into practical technical delivery. This is a permanent, full-time hybrid role based in Maidenhead, Berkshire, with three days in the office and a salary of up to £75,000 per annum.
