What's the job
This is an exciting new role created within the sales team recognising our reputation at developing successful new talent. Working within the sales team, directly for the Sales Lead, you will support and contribute to the overall sales growth targets. Benefitting from mentorship and development from the Sales Lead, this role creates a great opportunity to fasttrack into an Account Executive for the right person.
Reporting to the Sales Team Leader your responsibilities will include;
* Work directly alongside sales lead to contribute to sales growth targets
* Support sales led marketing activity (ie. Events calendar planning, research)
* Support account management & renewals with Sales Lead
* Co-ordinating post-sales activity and project management
* Conduct outbound sales activity and lead generation
* Manage sales opportunities from inception through to close
* Maintaining and updating CRM system
* Develop sales skills and ability
* Present solutions and/or sales demos

Key attributes required
To successfully deliver the role you will need to be able to demonstrate the following;
Recognised as an entry level role - previous account management/sales experience beneficial, but not essential
Ambitious and dedicated to grow and learn in a fast-paced industry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organised
Results orientated with a passion to earn through financial incentives directly recognising performance
Strong work ethic and commitment to work as part of a team.
GCSE Maths/English or equivalent
Office based role - UK HQ - Newbury, Berkshire

Salary £25,000 - £35,000 with anticipated OTE of up to £50,000
