Multi-Trade Carpenter/plumber – Based out of Basingstoke covering North Hampshire and Berkshire
Full Time – 40 hours per week
Salary: £33,000 p/a + company van & fuel card

Your Responsibilities:
* Undertake responsive and routine repairs and void repairs to social housing properties
* A wide variety of carpentry and plumbing repairs in occupied homes, buildings, and vacant properties
* The work will include
* Fitting of various types of doors
* First and second fixing
* Kitchen installations
* Repairing minor leaks
* Replacing sanitary wear
* Ceramic wall tiling
* Plastering repairs
* Vinyl floor tiling
* Non-licenced asbestos removal (where full training will be given)
The successful candidate will have:
* A technical background and NVQ Level 2-3 in carpentry/plumbing or equivalent
* A strong background in social housing maintenance contracts (responsive, void, planned)
* Full, UK driving licence
