Overview
Clinical Support Workers are required to work within the multidisciplinary team ensuring the department is a safe, clean and welcoming place for patients, visitors and staff.
The role will be working within the MDT to give 24 hour rehabilitation to patients with cognitive and physical deficits.
Responsibilities
* Providing assistance with all aspects of daily living including washing and dressing, assisting with nutritional needs, toileting, completion of charts and documentation, empowering patients with their rehabilitation process/programme and communicating effectively within the MDT.
