What are we looking for?
Essential Skills And Experience
Significant experience in fundraising, marketing, or communications, ideally within the non-profit sector.
Proven ability to develop and implement successful fundraising strategies and marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of donor acquisition, retention, and stewardship practices.
Knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and public relations.
Strategic thinker with a track record of driving income and brand growth.
Desirable Skills And Experience
Previous experience as a Trustee or serving on a board.
Well-connected locally, with the ability to open doors and build partnerships in the community.
Familiarity with grant applications, corporate partnerships, or community fundraising.

What will you be doing?
As a Trustee, you will work collaboratively with the Board and the executive team to provide strategic oversight and guidance on fundraising and marketing initiatives. You will bring creative ideas, strategic insight, and a passion for supporting the charity's mission to improve lives. You would also be a key member of our Fundraising sub committee.
