Social Media Executive

Overview
Victoria Beckham Ltd is seeking a creative, and highly organised Social Media Executive to help oversee the brand’s global digital presence. Acting as the right hand to the Global Head of Social & Editorial, this role bridges strategy and execution, helping to translate high-level creative direction into refined, engaging, and on-brand storytelling across channels.
The ideal candidate combines strong editorial instinct with operational discipline, demonstrating excellent visual taste, copywriting ability, and an understanding of the luxury digital landscape. Confident communicating with senior stakeholders and VIP talent; they approach every interaction with professionalism, discretion, and meticulous attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Planning
* Support the Global Head of Social & Editorial in shaping the global content calendar and ensuring consistency across platforms.
* Act as the main Social media lead for key brand moments - from campaigns and collaborations to runway shows - translating them into compelling, on-brand storytelling.
* Suggest digital-first ideas that reflect the brand’s aesthetic and tone while staying rooted in real-world deliverables.
* Anticipate needs and help prepare content plans, copy, and visual selects ahead of key launches and events.
Content Creation & Execution
* Oversee day-to-day posting, ensuring assets, captions, and tags reflect the brand’s tone, voice, and aesthetic.
* Source and adapt existing imagery or video assets for social use, ensuring they feel optimised for each platform.
* Identify opportunities for reactive or organic moments that reinforce the brand’s positioning.
* Support with CRM copy, ensuring tone and messaging remain consistent across channels.
Analytics & Optimisation
* Track performance metrics weekly and monthly, highlighting key learnings and actionable insights.
* Maintain an organised approach to performance tracking, ensuring reports are consistent and up to date.
* Monitor cultural currents, competitor activity, and emerging storytelling formats to inform and adapt strategy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Collaborate closely with PR, Creative, and E-commerce teams to ensure alignment across all touch points.
* Maintain relationships with external contributors (Meta, Dash Social, creative talent etc.)
* Support with collaborative Victoria Beckham Beauty projects and launches.
Community & Talent Support
* Help oversee community management, ensuring all engagement reflects the brand’s tone and discretion.
* Support influencer and talent activations, including research, content tracking, and coordination.
* Identify authentic user-generated content for potential amplification.
Skills & Experience
* 2–3 years’ experience in social media within fashion, beauty, or luxury lifestyle.
* Proven ability to manage global social accounts and deliver engaging, brand-right content.
* Excellent writing and editing skills with a refined understanding of tone of voice.
* Strong visual sensibility and understanding of luxury brand aesthetics.
* Confident in analytics and performance reporting.
* Familiarity with scheduling and reporting tools (Meta, Dash Hudson, Google Analytics etc.).
* Video editing skills, Adobe Creative Suite or Canva proficiency a bonus but not a requirement.
