Your duties and responsibilities will include:
* Responsibility of day to day management of the kitchen operations assisting head chef daily and taking responsibility
* Proactive management of a large team, leading by example to deliver the outstanding food which has come to be expected by the quality required.
* Full engagement and involvement in back office operations
* All aspects of health & safety
In order to be considered, applicants must:
* Currently be at Sous Chef level within a restaurant environment, experience with high street restaurants and working to high volume would be ideal:
* Have a great kitchen presence, be an accepted leader and naturally inspire your team
* Have a good understanding of business operations
* Love great food and good team player.
