You’ll be the key link between our customers and our technical teams, ensuring services run smoothly, issues are resolved quickly, and communication is clear, warm, and professional.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Acting as a trusted partner for customers, managing service performance and expectations.
* Leading service reviews, creating reports and turning insights into meaningful improvements.
* Coordinating major incidents when needed, ensuring clear communication and follow‑up actions.
* Working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless, high‑quality service delivery.
* Using data and customer feedback to spot opportunities for enhancement.
* Bringing teams together, encouraging collaboration and helping build a positive, supportive culture.
