We are looking for a dynamic character to be our new Food & Beverage Supervisor that can put great customer service at the heart of everything that they do. Using your creative nature & personality, you will support the F&B team & lead by example to drive their performance in delivering excellent customer service in all interactions, & profitability through driving sales & minimising wastage, deputising in the absence of the F&B Manager.
Responsibilities of a F&B Supervisor:
* Being able to confidently communicate all our food and beverage offerings available to customers
* Accurately dealing with all payment transactions (cash, card and room charging) in the correct manner according to company guidelines
* Providing a warm and welcoming service at all touch points with the guests ensuring that any queries or requirements are dealt with accordingly
* Supporting with the management of the day-to-day departmental and staffing needs, planning and assigning work and contributing to setting performance and development goals for team members
* Ensuring the team deliver on quality and guest satisfaction goals - making sure you all maintain a high level of guest satisfaction
The experience & qualifications required are:
* Previous experience in a food and beverage supervisory position, ideally a restaurant setting/operation
* Attentive, professional customer service skills
* The ability to work well under pressure and as part of a big team
* Experience of processing payments and end of shift banking (ideally using Micros) would be advantageous
* As the position covers breakfast, M&E functions or dinner service, the right candidate would need to be available for a variety of shifts over mornings and evenings, sometimes into the early hours
