This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated chef with proven experience in high-volume kitchens who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.As Sous Chef, you will work closely under the Head Chef, supporting them in the day-to-day running of the kitchen and ensuring smooth operations during busy service. You'll be responsible for maintaining high standards, managing the team, and ensuring consistency across all dishes.
