As a Business Development Manager at Last Mile Asset Management, youll identify and develop new business opportunities, build meaningful stakeholder relationships, and play a key role in securing new assets that support our long-term growth strategy. Were looking for someone based between the Midlands and the South of England whos ready to make a real impact.

Your responsibilities as a Business Development Manager:
Drive Sales and Business Growth Achieve agreed sales targets by managing existing ICP/UIP accounts and developing new business opportunities, ensuring strong repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Account Management and Client Relationships Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their strategic goals and supporting them through the asset adoption journey.
Collaboration and Project Support Work closely with internal teams, particularly asset adoption, to ensure projects progress smoothly, addressing any issues and ensuring service levels are met.
Market Awareness and Strategic Input Stay informed on competitor activity, contribute to marketing initiatives, deliver presentations, and provide insights that influence strategic decisions.
Reporting and Forecasting Provide regular updates, including weekly pipeline forecasts and monthly sales reports, analysing trends and identifying opportunities for asset growth.
Experience / Knowledge:
At least two years successful sales experience in a similar B2B role ideally within utility connections, construction or a similar sector.
Experienced at successfully managing a portfolio of customers with full account management.
Focused and positive with a drive to achieve.
Excellent understanding of business operations and procedures.
Outstanding research and analytical abilities.
Project management skills.
