Personal Assistant / Carer
Purpose of the
job
Personal Assistant required for a lovely 78 year old man in the
Crewe CW2 area. The client has Dementia and needs support with
daily living. He is living independently at his own house.
He has increased confusion and his memory has declined. The
client needs help in maintaining personal hygiene, being
appropriately clothed, managing and maintaining nutrition,
maintaining a habitable home environment, making use of
necessary facilities in the local community and maintaining family
relationships.
The client would prefer a male PA, but not essential.
Hours and rate
of Pay
2 hours per day around evening meal times eg 6pm to 8pm at £18
per hour. 5 to 7 days per week.
Main Duties
• Supporting with medication
• Supporting with personal care
• Assistance with nutrition, as and when required
• Giving reassurance
• Companionship
• Support with any other needs

Assistant must be honest, trustworthy, and reliable.
My assistant must respect my privacy and always maintain my
dignity.
My assistant must be enthusiastic and flexible with a caring
disposition.
You must be able to work well independently.
My personal assistant is accountable to my family in all aspects of
their work.
The post is subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure which will be
