About the role: Are you an organised, detail-oriented individual with a passion for supporting people and processes? We're looking for a Customer Support professional to work in a role combining a mixture of office-based customer support functions, and working within people’s home to install TEC equipment.

Role Purpose: This is an essential role in supporting people in Cornwall to return to or remain in their homes and to be as safe and independent as possible with the use of TEC (technology enabled care), such as the Lifeline alarm systems and other (TEC) equipment.
What you'll be doing:
1. Being first point of contact for customers, families and health and social care professionals.
2. Handling initial enquiries and responding accordingly
3. Process referrals
4. Discussing and recommending suitable TEC packages to meet the person’s needs.
5. Arranging installation and maintenance of (TEC) equipment
6. Ensure installation priority targets are met.
7. Supporting with stock management
8. Arranging self-installation postal
9. Post installation customer interaction
10. Building and maintaining client records
11. Maintaining accurate records of activity
12. Occasional emergency call monitoring
About you:
Qualifications & experience essential criteria:
13. Level in Customer service or relevant experience in administration or customer care
14. Good knowledge and skills in the use of databases including data input/record keeping.
15. Excellent communication skills
16. Full Driving Licence. A company van is based at the office and is used for the role.
Duties will be proportioned out on a rota basis and flexibility will be essential in order to meet the needs of our TEC service and customers.
