Where will you be working?
At M Group Telecom, were enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.
We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.
This role will be within our private networks. We find the best technology, manage assets and refresh systems. With 24/7 network operations, we keep things running smoothly, while operating comprehensive network repair and maintenance to keep everything in top shape.

What will you be doing?
Youll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing electrical systems and components for our telecommunications infrastructure. Youll have a strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
You will: Youll create detailed design packages, including cable calculations, schematics, layouts, and specifications for systems such as lighting, power distribution, telecom equipment.
Youll conduct feasibility studies and technical evaluations of new technologies and components.
Youll perform simulations and testing to validate design performance and reliability.
Youll be providing technical support and guidance during the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems.
Well need you to ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
Youll Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve design quality.
Youll need to stay updated with the latest advancements in electrical engineering and telecommunications technologies.
What youll bring Youll join with experience in electrical design, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
You'll ideally be proficient in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Electrical OM, or similar).
Youll have strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
