Are you an experienced Legal Secretary with a background in Private Client work, particularly Wills and Probate? An excellent opportunity has arisen within a long-established and highly respected Belfast law firm, known for its supportive culture and dedication to client care.
This is a fantastic chance to join a thriving Private Client department, supporting a busy team of solicitors with a broad caseload of probate matters, wills, enduring powers of attorney, and estate administration.
The Role:
You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the department, with responsibilities including:
* Audio and copy typing of legal documents and correspondence
* Diary management and arranging appointments
* Liaising with clients, courts, and third parties
* Opening and closing files in accordance with compliance procedures
* General administrative support
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Legal Secretary in a Wills and Probate or wider Private Client team is essential
* Excellent typing and administrative skills
* Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
* Professional, confidential, and client-focused manner
