About the role
18. Supporting children and young people who are subject to Child Protection plans and Child in Need plans
19. Understanding when to transfer cases from the Safeguarding team to the Permanence team
20. Building strong and respectful working relationships with families, their support network and our partner agencies
21. Regular assessment writing, threshold application, home visits, direct work, care planning, chairing meetings and case recording in line with our policies and procedures
22. Ensuring that children and young people are actively involved in our work and their voice is captured in our case recording
23. Actively taking part in reflective supervision and group supervision
Qualifications
24. Relevant Social Work qualification
25. Completion of ASYE
26. Active Social Work England registration
