What you’ll do:
We have a new opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join our Utility Arb team supporting our business in the Republic of Ireland. Your role is to support the Contract Delivery Manager and Project Managers in managing the operations for an assigned programme of tree works across ROI. You will be responsible for building all costing models for your specific projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Creating and processing project costings and job packs for your assigned projects, ensuring tasks are tracked efficiently and deadlines are met.
* Updating and managing the Works Programme and Planning Checklists for your workload.
* Booking and tracking Traffic Management works on specific projects.
* Monitoring project delivery in terms of volumes and conducting desktop quality audits.
* Collaborating closely with clients and internal stakeholders.
* Attending internal programming and planning meetings.
What we’re looking for:
This role suits someone with a solid admin background, especially in commercial data, spreadsheets, and scheduling.
To be successful, you should have:
* Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
* A basic understanding of commercial/financial terms such as sales, profits, and costs.
* Great attention to detail with the ability to identify data anomalies.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to plan work over different timescales.
* Excellent people skills to manage internal and external stakeholders.
Experience in traffic management or within the Environmental services sector would be advantageous.
