Role
We are seeking an experienced Specialist Finance Advisor to join our team on an employed basis. This is a key role focused on advising, structuring, and packaging second charge and bridging cases, working with introducers and clients to deliver high‑quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Advise on and structure second charge and bridging finance cases
* Package and submit applications to lenders, ensuring accuracy and speed
* Manage cases from initial enquiry through to completion
* Build and maintain relationships with brokers, lenders, and clients
* Stay up to date with lender criteria and market developments
* Ensure all activity is compliant with FCA regulations and company standards
Requirements
* Proven experience within the specialist finance sector (essential)
* Strong knowledge of second charge mortgages and bridging finance
* Excellent communication and relationship building skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex cases
