Lease Advisory Surveyor Senior Surveyor to Partner Level Location: London Salary: £55,000 £85,000 (DOE) Type: Full-time, Permanent A well-established, multi-disciplinary property consultancy with a strong regional presence across Greater London and the South East is seeking a talented Lease Advisory Surveyor to join its expanding team. This is a strategic hire due to internal progression and continued growth in client demand. The Role: Youll be joining a dynamic Lease Advisory team, working across a diverse portfolio of industrial and office assets. The role involves handling rent reviews, lease renewals, and third-party referrals, with a focus on delivering high-quality advice to a mix of landlord and tenant clients. Key Responsibilities: Managing lease advisory instructions across Greater London, Hertfordshire, Essex and Kent Conducting rent reviews and lease renewals, including third-party submissions Advising institutional landlords, funds, and occupiers Supporting business development and client relationship management Contributing to team strategy and growth About You: MRICS qualified with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience Proven track record in commercial landlord and tenant work Experience with industrial and office sectors Strong market knowledge of Greater London and surrounding counties Comfortable acting for landlords, tenants, or both Ideally from a mid-sized or national consultancy environment, but open to all.
