You'll provide expert advice on performance, attendance, conduct issues, and grievances. You'll help refine policies, deliver impactful training, analyse and report on employee relations trends, and make proactive recommendations to foster a positive work environment. There will also be opportunities to get involved in wider HR projects. What you'll need to succeed You'll be an experienced HR Advisor who enjoys employee relations and can draw upon strong lived experience in a complex, dynamic organisation.
