This is a rare opportunity for a results-oriented, hard-working individual with excellent telephone manner and organisational skills to join a rapidly growing and high-impact IFA business. Due to our client’s ongoing success, they are offering an opportunity for an experienced mortgage specialist to join the team in Tunbridge Wells.

Specific Responsibilities:
You will help develop business relationships with current clients and assist in bringing new clients on board. Additionally, you will help clients better understand the full potential of the products and convert leads provided by the group. Your responsibilities include:
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients
* Building trust by ensuring compliance with company policies and processes
* Managing your diary to meet client expectations and needs
* Owning and driving specific customer requirements forward, ensuring timely responses and adherence to service levels across the business
* Helping clients find the right products to suit their personal and business needs
What we are looking for:
Our client has consistently grown year on year and seeks someone with the same passion for excellence. They are looking for candidates with:
* A proven track record of delivering for Portfolio Landlords and solving complex client needs
* Experience with BTL Market, Portfolio Landlords, and Commercial Finance
* A minimum of 2 years’ experience in whole-of-market mortgage broking
* Strong BTL and HMO knowledge with problem-solving skills
* Experience using and managing case management systems
* A desire to succeed and achieve targets/KPIs
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team
* The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* An excellent telephone manner for both incoming and outgoing calls
* Proficiency in mortgage sourcing systems such as Trigold, MS Office, and Excel
Desired Skills:
* A passion for delivering high-quality work for clients and team members
* Knowledge of running stress tests on portfolios
* A keen eye for detail
* CeMAP Diploma
* Experience dealing with high-net-worth clients
* Experience working alongside Chartered Financial Planners
