Dispute Resolution/ Litigation Paralegal – Coventry – £24,000 to £28,000

The role
* Provide full paralegal support within the Dispute Resolution department, assisting a Senior Solicitor
* Liaise with clients, experts, third-party solicitors, and Counsel to progress matters efficiently
* Carry out compliance checks, maintain accurate files, and manage case documentation
* Draft correspondence, court documentation, statements of evidence, attendance notes, and other documents as required
* Undertake legal research to support case preparation and enhance professional knowledge
* Prepare court bundles in accordance with CPR guidelines and ensure key dates are accurately recorded
* Attend department and firm-wide meetings, provide general administrative support, and assist with other reasonable instructions

You
* At least one year of experience in a Dispute Resolution or Litigation department
* Strong case management skills and proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Word
* Confident in using initiative and handling clients professionally
* Flexible, team-oriented, and able to work additional hours when required
* Committed to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information discreetly
