Salary: £26,100 basic + Uncapped Commission (No Thresholds)
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Manage the full 360 recruitment process: from business development to candidate placement
* Build and maintain long-term client and candidate relationships
* Consult and advise clients on hiring strategies
* Source, screen and place the best talent within your chosen specialist sector
* Work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment, supported by a close-knit team
