Desirables:
* Receiving inbound calls from customers requesting callouts, both the general public and commercial businesses
* Logging calls onto the in-house system
* Keeping customers updated with engineer’s whereabouts
* Working to Service level agreements
* Ensuring customers are satisfied and closing jobs down on the system
* Updating in-house portals and chasing payments when required
Essentials:
