We'removing to an agile pod delivery model - small, focused teams that move fast, cut through the noise, and deliver outcomes for clients without the red tape that slows traditional consultancy down.

As a Manager atLoomera,you'llown delivery end to end.You'llget under the skin of a client's business quickly,identifythereal issues, and bring clear thinking and decisive action to complex, fast-moving situations.You'llmanage client relationships day to day and be the person the team and the client rely on when it matters most.
You'llalso play an active role in developing our analysts-coaching, guiding, and helping build the capability of the team around you. And becausewe'restill growing,you'llhave a genuine say in howLoomeraoperates at scale - shaping ways of working, not just following them.

How You’ll Make a Difference
In this role, you will:
1. Manage and own end to end delivery across live M&A and consulting engagements - managing timelines, workstreams, and deliverables without losing sight of the people behind them
2. Build genuine relationships with clients. Embed yourself in their teams, earn their trust and become a voice they respect and rely on
3. Manage client communications and expectations with honesty and care - knowing when to push back, when to flex and always keeping the relationship intact
4. Navigate stakeholder landscapes confidently - understanding who matters, what they need and how to bring the right people along at the right time
5. Handle conflict when it arises - calmly, directly and with respect. Not every conversation is easy, but how you handle the difficult ones defines the relationship
6. Own the preparation of client-facing materials to a consistently high standard
7. Spot risks early, flag them clearly and drive resolution without waiting to be asked
8. Keep a close eye on team morale as well as progress-good delivery depends on both
9. Give honest, upward feedback that keeps standards high and problems visible before they become bigger ones
10. Coordinate across internal pods and external advisors to keep delivery joined up and on track
11. Coach and develop the analysts around you-giving clear direction, real feedbackand the kind of support thatactually helpspeople grow
12. Attend client offices as and when needed
13. Help shape howLoomeradelivers-contributing your experience to build out ourmethodology,templatesand ways of working as we scale
You’llBe Ideal for This Role If You:
* Have at least 4 years' M&A experience with a solid understanding of the deal lifecycle, duediligenceand post-merger integration
* Bring 7+ years of consulting or professional services experience, with a cleartrack recordof growing responsibility and client-facing delivery
* Know how to build trust quickly - you embed in a client's world, listen properly, and earn your place as a respected voice in the room
* Are naturally curious - you ask the right questions, dig beneath thesurfaceandaren'tsatisfied untilyou'vegot to the heart ofwhat'sreally going on
* Are a natural problem solver who gets into the detail, works outwhat'sreally going on and finds a way through without waiting to be told how
* Can manage stakeholders at every level with confidence and tact - navigating difficult conversations with competing interests, and knowing when and how to say no without damaging the relationship
* Genuinely care about people - not as a line on a CV, but as something that shapes how you show up every day. With both clients and colleagues.
* Are comfortable and credible at board level - you can hold the room, land key messages clearly, and produce compelling materials
