European Rail Travel Specialist - Armagh Join our growing European rail travel company as a Sales and Travel Administrator, helping customers plan unforgettable Interrailing adventures across Europe. Based in the Armagh area, you'll be part of a dynamic team eliminating the hassle from European travel planning. Key Details: Start Date: Immediate Contract: 12 months Hours: Full-time preferred, part-time considered for exceptional candidates Ready to help others discover Europe without the hassle? Perfect for someone who loves travel, enjoys helping people, and wants to join Northern Ireland's leading European rail travel specialist. Expected start date: 1st November 2025


Responsibilities

* Handle customer enquiries via email and telephone with professionalism.
* Plan and quote bespoke European rail journeys.
* Provide expert advice on Interrail packages and destinations.
* Support customers throughout their booking journey.
* Manage general administrative duties to keep operations running smoothly.


Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

* Strong computer skills and digital literacy.
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
* Strong organisational skills.

Desirable Skills

* Tourism/travel industry background.
* Passion for European travel and culture.
* Experience with booking systems.
