Provide a professional and high-quality document management service; accountable for controlling the receipt, management and transfer of all information on Agratas. All in accordance with project team, contract and client requirements.
Some of the key deliverables in this role will include:
* Comply with Health and Safety processes to ensure that the safety first and foremost message is visible and alive throughout all activities undertaken.
* Own, control and manage the project Document Management System(s); managing the flow of information, including uploading, downloading drawings/documents, printing, collating, distribution, and accurately maintaining all data within the system. Ensure all documentation is properly receipted, checked, monitored, registered, and distributed throughout the project team, client team, supply chain, and other contractors.
* Provide professional administrative support to all team members in a timely and cost-effective manner.
* Lead a team of document controllers and/or team assistants as required, to ensure exemplary DM service. Develop and implement project procedures and guidance notes to enable effective service delivery.
* Develop excellent working relationships with the client team, supply chain, NGB project team, and contractors to ensure synergy between NG Bailey systems and external stakeholders’ document management systems.
* Provide regular progress reports to project management, including document status, drawings issued, RFI/TQ registers, and technical submission statuses, as required by project or contract.
* Maintain confidentiality and ensure the secure storage of documentation and drawings, adhering to company and project security requirements.
