Overview
We are looking for a Commissioning Support Officer to work with two Commissioning and Contract Leads on a specific time‑limited project (12 months) managing complex funding arrangements with the NHS Integrated Care Board (ICB). The role has been approved by the Council as a must‑have invest‑to‑save initiative, designed to strengthen our interface with the NHS Integrated Care Board and deliver improved outcomes for people with complex health and social care needs.
Responsibilities
* Providing coordination and organisational support to Commissioning and Contract Leads.
* Collating and managing documentation, data, and reports for key efficiency activities.
* Organising meetings, taking minutes, and coordinating stakeholder engagement events.
* Assisting with documentation and project plans.
* Maintaining accurate records to support key efficiency activities.
* Liaising with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective communication and compliance.
