About the Role: Our Investments Legal team play a key role in supporting complex legal work across public and private market transactions, with a specific focus on infrastructure, property, and debt investments. As a Legal Administrator, you’ll provide essential administrative and quasi-legal support to our Investments Legal team. This is a varied and hands-on role where your attention to detail, initiative, and ability to manage multiple priorities will be highly valued. Key Responsibilities Amend legal documents and precedents under lawyer instruction. Assist with preparation of legal training materials and presentations Manage legal registers and coordinate document execution and storage. Provide administrative support including: Organising meetings and legal training programs. Assisting with onboarding and tech support coordination. Processing legal invoices and purchase orders. Maintaining the Investments Legal intranet and Teams site. What You’ll Bring Experienced can-do attitude Administrator/Paralegal/Legal Assistant Exposure working in legal, financial, or consultancy type work environments. Strong organisational and administrative skills with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. Strong written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, with comfort working in a collaborative team environment.
