Manage inbound calls, take orders, handle enquiries, invoices, and resolve issues professionally. Monitor the Orders@ inbox and office mobile/WhatsApp, ensuring clear communication with customers, drivers, sales reps, and managers. Log and manage customer complaints, held orders, and out-of-stock notifications, suggesting suitable alternatives. Process daily and monthly payments, post account and bank transactions, and accurately record cash and card receipts. Provide general office support, including document archiving, maintaining office supplies, and keeping the office clean and organised.Core skills required
