This role is based within our flagship landmark Food Hall on Brighton’s seafront! Shelter Hall is made up of 7 kitchens and 2 bars split across 2 floors, with private dining and unbeatable outside space. Combining a fantastic choice of cuisines for our guests, all ordered through the Shelter Hall app and delivered to their table by our floor team. As a Floor Staff member at Shelter Hall Food Hall, you’ll be essential to delivering a seamless and welcoming guest experience. Your role involves efficiently delivering food and drinks from various bar and kitchen units to both indoor and outdoor areas across two floors, assisting guests with enquiries, and ensuring the venue remains clean and well-organised. You’ll also play a key part in maintaining smooth service during busy periods while upholding the highest standards of hygiene and safety. This dynamic role requires excellent communication, strong teamwork, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. What's in it for you?
