Position- Psychology Graduate teaching assistant
Location- Finchley, North London (N12)
Salary- £18,000 - £20,000 per annum (Permanent) (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications)
Hours: 9am to 3pm Monday to Friday
The School and Role
We require a Psychology Graduate with experience of working with children to work in a specialist Secondary school in Finchley, North London supporting pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs. The Psychology Graduate would work in the capacity of a Teaching Assistant, providing vital support to both teachers and pupils. You will build positive relationships with pupils, and devise strategies to overcome barriers to learning, helping them to get the most out of their education.
Requirements
* Have a warm and friendly nature to be able to build positive relationships with pupils
* Either have completed, or be working towards a qualification in Psychology
* Be passionate about supporting children with barriers to learning
