Light Production Operatives
Location: Rugby (Central Park)
Shift: Rotating Morning / Afternoon Shift (06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:30, Monday to Friday)
Pay: £14.22 per hour (£12.50 per hour plus £1.72 shift allowance)
Contract: Full Time - Temp to Perm

We are looking for three confident assembly operatives to join a clean and modern site in Rugby that works with small ceramic products.
You'll be working within a clean room environment, assembling components by hand, following technical drawings, using tweezers, applying chemicals with a brush, and carrying out quality inspections.
This role involves a mix of standing and sitting and requires strong attention to detail.
You will begin on a fixed day shift (07:30-16:00), then after a few weeks move onto a rotating weekly shift pattern of:
06:00-14:00 one week
14:00-22:30 the next week(Always Monday to Friday)
To be considered, you must:
Be local to Rugby
Have experience with light, delicate assembly work
Possess excellent attention to detail
Be comfortable with the shift patternThis role offers:
£14.22 per hour on rotating shifts
37 hours paid per week
