Seasonal Neighbourhood Operative – Fixed-term for 6 months
As we continue to grow, Tai Tarian is looking for self-motivated, enthusiastic Seasonal Neighbourhood Operative to support the Land Management team during the end of the summer season. You will be part of a team undertaking grounds and environmental maintenance tasks, creating a positive first impression of our buildings, land, homes, and communities by ensuring they are professionally maintained, generating a welcoming, safe, hygienic, and homely environment.
This role is for a fixed-term period of 6 months with a starting salary of £23,613 per year.
About the role
The successful Seasonal Neighbourhood Operative will work as part of our Property and Land Services team, supporting the Land Management team to achieve operational targets and service standards. You will follow established job objectives and processes to safely produce high-quality work.
You will work as part of a small team, mowing and strimming grass, weeding, litter picking, hedge cutting, pruning, and maintaining shrubs and flower beds. The role involves grass cutting using specialist equipment, such as commercial strimmers, ride-on mowers, and hedge cutters.
