At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Warehouse Admin to work with a leading logistics company in Tickhill.
Shift patterns:
* Working any 5 days out of 7, 1 week working on mornings and another week working on afternoons 14.00-22.00 with 30 minutes break (unpaid). Working a Weekends day when required. Total hours paid weekly - 37.5
Pay rates:
* £12.88 hourly
Essential requirements for Warehouse Admin:
* Ability to work rotating shifts (06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00) including occasional weekends.
* Own transport is required due to the site location and lack of public transport.
* Must live within a 40-minute driving range of Tickhill.
* Previous experience in a Warehouse Admin or Stock Control role is required.
* Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems and good PC skills.
Your role for Warehouse Admin:
* Manage and update inventory records within the Warehouse Management System.
* Coordinate inbound and outbound documentation to ensure smooth warehouse flow.
* Perform regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies in the system.
* Communicate effectively with warehouse operatives and transport teams.
* Maintain organized administrative filing systems and general office duties.
