Excellent opportunity for an experienced Principal Mechanical Engineer to play a key part in the growth of an expanding M&E team within an International Engineering and Design Consultancy.

Job Description:
The Resolute Group is working in partnership with an International Engineering and Design Consultancy to assist with expanding their M&E Team who focus on Data Centre Projects.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
* Oversee the execution of small-scale projects, including research, development, design, and coordination of engineering project services for mechanical installations, systems, equipment, and facilities.
* Design and implement controls, instruments, and operating systems for various building engineering services applications.
* Conduct surveys, tests, and assessments of existing electrical and mechanical installations, providing detailed reports.
* Specify activities to ensure manufacturing, construction, installation, and testing align with functional specifications and customer needs.
* Prepare and modify specifications using tools such as Word or Excel.
* Ensure that engineering calculations and drawings adhere to industry standards and legal requirements.
Qualifications required:
* Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar
Skills and knowledge:
* Proficient in the English language.
* Previous professional experience working on similar projects within the UK.
* Strong understanding of key health and safety issues and legislation.
* Proficiency in MS Office suite, including Excel, and other relevant software applications.
* Ability to utilize IT-based calculation and spreadsheet software effectively.
