About Us:

We are a small but rapidly growing wholesale business specializing in Flooring and Accessories. Our mission is to deliver excellent service and quality products to our customers while building a reliable, efficient, and scalable operation. We're looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager who is ready to grow with us—starting with day-to-day warehouse and delivery operations and evolving into a leadership role as our logistics needs expand.

Position Overview:

This is a hybrid role, ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of physical work, driving, and operational oversight. Initially, you'll be responsible for managing inventory, fulfilling and dispatching orders, and handling local deliveries. As the business scales, your role will transition into a more strategic warehouse management position, optimizing processes, and overseeing logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Current:

· Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for delivery and collection.

· Load and deliver goods to customers using company vehicle.

· Receive and inspect incoming stock shipments.

· Organize stock in the warehouse for efficient access and safety.

· Keep accurate inventory records and assist with stocktakes.

· Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.

· Communicate clearly with internal teams and customers as needed.

Future Potential Growth Responsibilities:

· Hire, train, and manage warehouse and delivery staff as the business grows.

· Develop and implement warehouse processes and systems to improve efficiency.

· Oversee logistics planning, stock control, and order fulfilment.

· Coordinate with suppliers and manage inbound/outbound shipments.

· Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

· Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

· Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or delivery (2+ years preferred).

· Comfortable with physical work, lifting, and operating in a warehouse environment.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and order management.

· Excellent communication and time management skills.

· A proactive, reliable, and team-oriented attitude.

· Willingness to grow with the business and take on increasing responsibility.

Preferred (Not Required):

· Forklift certification.

· Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).

· Background in wholesale, distribution, or logistics.
