We’re looking for a proactive, creativePR & Content Specialistto join our digital marketing team. You’ll produce clear, on-brand written and multimedia content across multiple channels with a focus on press, website, and blog content. You’ll also manage all outreach to media and press. You will also be supporting the wider marketing team with content for email marketing and social media marketing. This role requires strong copywriting and editing skills, plus the confidence to build and nurture relationships with journalists and publications.
Key responsibilities:
* Create high-quality, audience-focused written content: website pages, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, product copy and press releases, as well as supporting the rest of the digital marketing team with copywriting for email marketing content and social media
* Plan and execute content campaigns and editorial calendars that support business goals and product launches
* Conduct research and interviews to ensure accuracy, credibility and depth in content
* Write and distribute press materials (press releases, media pitches) and proactively manage media outreach and relationships
* Ensure brand voice and tone are consistent across all channels
* Manage multiple projects and deadlines, ensuring quality and accuracy under time pressure
Required skills & experience:
* 2+ years experience in PR & content writing or copywriting (agency or in-house)
* Excellent written and verbal communication; strong editorial instincts and attention to detail
* Proven experience writing press releases and conducting media outreach
* Social media content experience across major platforms
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities and stakeholders
* Portfolio of published writing and examples
* Strong interpersonal skills for liaising with press, partners, and internal stakeholders.
* Experience in B2B marketing
* Experience with PR tools (e.g., Vuelio, Prezly, etc)
Desirable:
* Familiarity with email platforms (Mailchimp, Moosend, etc)
* Knowledge of content strategy frameworks and content governance
* Curious, resourceful and proactive
* Collaborative team-player who can also work independently
* Deadline-driven, adaptable and able to respond to fast-changing priorities
* Strong interpersonal skills for liaising with press, partners and internal stakeholders
* Previous experience working with Engineering, Materials Handling or Manufacturing industries
