Responsibilities: In this role, I will support the development of advanced defence systems from the initial concept through to in-service support and training. I will use various simulation technologies, such as digital twins and emulators, to create end-to-end representations of weapon systems in synthetic environments. Collaborating closely with project leads and simulation architects, I will develop simulation components using C# and C++, as well as work on integration simulations while adhering to industry standards. As part of an agile development team composed of engineers from various disciplines, I will contribute to the creation of simulations and representations of actual equipment. My approach to software development will include configuration control, continuous integration, continuous delivery or deployment, unit testing, and test-driven development.
