Salary: £60,000 - 60,000 per year Requirements: Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Senior Technical Consultant Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure and cloud architecture IT infrastructure knowledge (servers, networking, virtualisation) Cloud security and data protection experience Experience designing end-to-end IT solutions Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Ability to work in an agile manner Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions Experience in managed services or consultancy environments Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert) Experience with ITIL or service management frameworks (desirable) Knowledge of compliance and security standards (desirable) Responsibilities: Lead solution design for client projects in cloud, infrastructure, and security Design and architect solutions utilizing Microsoft Azure / Microsoft 365 Create hybrid infrastructure and networking solutions Develop backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans Implement cyber security frameworks in proposed solutions Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends Produce high-quality solution designs, Statements of Work (SoW), and technical proposals Collaborate with Sales & Account Management, Service Delivery & Technical Teams, and Marketing Contribute to service development and packaging Support Sales by leading technical workshops and presenting solutions to stakeholders Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful implementation Participate in out-of-hours (OOH) support rota for critical customer incidents Technologies: Architect Azure Cloud Support ITIL Marketing Microsoft 365 Security Office 365 More: Wicresoft is a managed IT services and consultancy provider specializing in cloud solutions, cyber security, and IT transformation.
