We are seeking a polite well presented multi skilled bathroom Fitter/plumber to join our growing team on a long term sub-contractor basis. The ideal candidate will have their own vehicle and tools and be responsible for fitting bathrooms from initial strip out to completion, and Installation of plumbing and heating first and second fix in extensions, loft conversions, and renovations. Work load is ongoing for the right candidate. Tiling to a high standard is essential. This job will suit a tradesman who wants a steady flow of work, with a mix of day rate and price work included.
Responsibilities:
* installation of full bathrooms, from rip out to completion, plumbing and joinery skills needed.
* Prepare surfaces for tiling by removing old tiles, grout, adhesives, or other materials.
* Install tiles in kitchens, bathrooms, floors, walls.
* Apply grout and sealant to ensure tiles are set securely and water-resistant.
* Use of power tools.
* Work closely with electrician, joiners and painters to coordinate projects effectively
* Installation plumbing and heating first and second fix in extensions, loft conversions, and renovations.
Experience:
* Bathroom fitting experience.
* Proven experience as a Tiler with good plumbing skills.
* Skilled in using hand tools.
* Ability to work accurately and efficiently to meet project deadlines
* Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £200.00-£300.00 per day
