The Role We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineer to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to real-world engineering challenges, from design and prototyping through to testing and deployment of our cutting-edge products. You’ll work alongside the Engineering Director and gain hands-on experience in a fast-moving, innovative environment. Key Responsibilities * Supporting the design and development of mechanical/mechatronic components and systems for renewable energy technologies. * Producing CAD models, drawings, and technical documentation. * Assisting in prototyping, assembly, and product testing. * Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (electrical, software, and manufacturing). * Contributing to problem-solving, continuous improvement, and product optimisation. About You * Recently graduated (or soon to graduate) with a degree or masters degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering – 1st class preferred. * Strong CAD skills (SolidWorks or similar). * Good understanding of materials, mechanics, and manufacturing processes. * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * A proactive, team-oriented approach with a willingness to learn and adapt. * Passion for renewable energy and sustainability is highly desirable.
