We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Office Administrator to join our friendly and supportive team in Nottingham. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting our Operations Team and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our services. About the Role; As an Office Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support that underpins the effective delivery of our care services. This role requires someone highly organised, a quick learner, confident with technology, and comfortable working across multiple systems Duties will include; Filing and Accurate Record Keeping & Data Management Maintaining confidential records in line with GDP Updating internal systems and spreadsheets Document control & version management Supporting Recruitment administration Maintaining staff personnel files, monitoring training records & compliance documentation Maintaining policy and procedure files Ensuring documentation is up to date and compliant Preparing letters, reports, and general correspondence Supporting audits and inspections Assisting with reporting requirements Office coordination, ordering & monitoring office supplies Ensuring office equipment is maintained and serviced Liaising with suppliers, contractors, and service providers Managing office diaries and scheduling meetings Managing office petty cash Supporting with day to day efficient running of the office About You; Previous experience in an administrative or office support role Strong IT skills and confidence using office systems Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel Quick to learn new software and internal systems Excellent organisational and time management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Able to work independently and as part of a team Positive, proactive, and detail-oriented Desirable; Experience within healthcare or a regulated environment Knowledge of compliance and documentation standards What We Offer; A supportive and welcoming team environment Opportunities for professional development A meaningful role contributing to quality healthcare services If you are organised, motivated, and looking to make a difference within a growing healthcare organisation, we would love to hear from you.
