Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of assigned clients, ensuring smooth service delivery Liaise with CQC during inspections, maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards Create and update comprehensive care plans and risk assessments, ensuring person centred approaches Manage carer placements and contracts Efficiently handle accident and incident reports in line with company policy Maintain strong communication with carers, clients, and external stakeholders Take charge of scheduling and managing rotas Participate in the on-call rota (1 week per month) About You: At least 1 year of experience as a Care Coordinator in a community care setting Strong communication and organisational skills Driver with access to your own vehicle for client visits Right to work in the UK Contracted Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm plus paid overtime and on-call
